June 24, 2008 MICHIGAN MOTORIZED RECREATION COUNCIL FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:   Legislative sessions end at the close of business on Thursday, June 26th for summer recess. HB 4323 passed the House Committee by a vote of 11-0, the House by 107-0, passed Senate Committee by a vote of 5-0.  It now has to pass the Senate floor by a majority and the signature of the Governor to become law.   We need you and all your contacts, to e-mail or call YOUR Senator NOW and urge the Senate to take up HB 4323 this week.   WE DO NOT WANT TO WAIT UNTIL LEGISLATURE RECONVENES AFTER LABOR DAY FOR THIS BILL TO BE ACTED UPON.  YOUR VOICE NEEDS TO BE HEARD IN LANSING BY YOUR SENATOR IN SUPPORT OF HB 4323!   Contact must be made no later than Wednesday evening.   See the attachment for e-mails and phone numbers
