06/27/o8  8:45 PM     H.B. 5559 had to pass first, on the Insurance issue.( Passed 35 to 1)     Then H.B. 4323 (passed 30 to 7). Now The Governor has 20 days to sign it into law. After 2&1/2 years, we finally got most of what we wanted.     Now all County Boards of Commissioners involved have so many days, (after the governor signs it into law) to adopt it & if they don't act on it, it automatically becomes law after a short period of time, (30 days I think, but don't quote me).                 Now E-MAIL the Governor to sign both H.B. Bills 5559 & 4323, Bombard her with E-MAILS to sign both bills ASAP. (www.michigan.gov/governor) Thats her link you use to send her an E-MAIL. The more the better this will do some good on getting her to sign the bills ASAP. Don't him ha around do it now.                    Joe Van Dyck
